Workshop Requests
OLCE staff is trained in a variety of workshops and assessments that can be delivered in person or virtually to your staff/group!
We can facilitate workshops around assessments such as StrengthsFinder, the MBTI, and the Leadership Practices Inventory.
We can also deliver workshops centered on general leadership concepts such as self-awareness, inclusivity, active listening, values-based leadership, visioning and goal setting, and community leadership.
