Spring 2026 Student Leader Summit

A one-day leadership conference for UNCG students at every place on their leadership journey.                                    The summit will equip students with the essential skills, knowledge, and competencies needed for meaningful engagement and leadership within student organizations, while providing practical frameworks that help them translate their involvement into actionable leadership in professional and community settings.

  • Limited to 60 students
  • Meet UNCG Alumni translating their student leadership skills into their careers
  • Lunch is provided for all attendees

There are three tracks designed to meet you right where you are in your leadership journey.

  1. Exploratory: Identify your personal values, understand how values shape involvement, and build self-awareness of leadership
  2. Emerging: Develop group leadership by examining how individual and organizational values influence the way you lead and collaborate with each other
  3. Experienced: Preparing you to leave a legacy on your organization(s), UNCG, and beyond through ethical, sustainable leadership with an emphasis on long-term impact.

Register on Spartan Connect until February 13th, or until capacity. Limited slots available. https://uncg.presence.io/form/the-uncg-student-leadership-summit-registration
