Empty Bowls

Empty Bowls is an educational program that takes a stand against local food insecurity and hunger. Students, staff, and faculty are invited to paint ceramic bowls while learning more about UNCG food insecurity and the resources UNCG provides! These bowls are then sold in the following semester for $5, or used as part of our Empty Bowls Silent Auction to raise money for Spartan Open Pantry, a food pantry for UNCG students, faculty, and staff.

The next Empty Bowls Painting will be held on Wednesday, February 15th from 10:00am-3:00pm.
